There is no call-out charge. If we cannot clear the blockage, you do not pay.
Payment is due on completion. For larger jobs we may ask for 50% up front to cover materials and costs, agreed with you before work starts.
We accept cash, card and bank transfer. We do not accept cryptocurrency.
You can cancel a booking before we start work by contacting us. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Appointments can be cancelled at no charge, though we ask for as much notice as possible.
We carry out our work with reasonable care and skill, and our work is covered by public liability insurance.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
If you're unhappy with our work, please tell us as soon as you can by email at yourdrainageco@gmail.com or by phone on 01935 310522. We will look into it and try to put things right.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and to respond fully within 14 days.
